MOZ_COUNT_{CTOR,DTOR}

Is it true that MOZ_COUNT_{CTOR,DTOR} need not be used with objects 
implementing nsISupports... that the logging versions of NS_ADDREF and
NS_RELEASE do pretty much the same thing?
