CORBRA/XPCOM Bridge

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of or has anyone attempted to
create a CORBA XPCOM Bridge?  This would entail turning the XPCOM idl
file into a CORBA idl file and generating a c++ CORBA client that
implements the XPCOM interface.
