Is LiveConnect still supposed to work?

(except for LiveConnect) "
I interpreted this as meaning that LiveConnect was not available on
Linux.
I'm not sure about the plugin location (components versus plugins) issue
as it may now work well but I have had problems with this before.
Just saw Sean's message on UniversalXPConnect and interface specification
so that is now simpler.
Clarifications are very welcome as there are several rote things I always
do because they made it work on earlier Mozilla versions.
