Errors with xpcom sample programs - sample.dll and nsTestSample.exe

I am new to xpcom, I got some errors while I was trying to
run the sample program under xpcom/sample on NT.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong:

I've built sample.dll and nsTestSample.exe.

1. nsTestSample.exe calls WriteValue(const char* aPrefix),
but aPrefix is always null no matter what string I pass in.

2. Always got an error as attached.
