hi, i have downloaded mozilla & built it. I modified the html parser code & created a new parser DLL i.e. a gkparser.dll . I then copied this DLL into the dist\bin\components folder & observed the changes in the browser behavior(due to the change in the parser DLL ). Now I wanted to check out the same thing in the netscape browser. So i downloaded Netscape 6.0 browser & then copied the gkparser.dll into the Netscape 6\components folder. However, this gave me an error , some xpcom.dll related error. The browser itself did not load because of this. So I was wondering if the xpcom.dll used in mozilla & the one in netscape are different versions & can the error be because of this? Can anyone elaborate or offer some help in this? thanx
