xpcom.dll

hi,

do different versions of the xpcom.dll exist ?i have downloaded mozilla
source code &  i checked the size of the xpcom.dll in mozilla. I then
downloaded netscape 6.0  there the size as well as the number of functions
exported by xpcom.dll  were different .

Any comments on this? Plz clarify .
