dot-NET is a lot more than just a MOM layer. OTOH, there is a lot
to dot-NET that isn't needed in a browser. If mozilla was written
entirely in a language that compiled to intermediate byte codes
(like Java) then this might be a more relevant comparison. At
least having SOAP support will allow XUL apps to play in the
dot-NET/mono/dot-GNU playground.
