goal: non-intrusive safe solution i've had some conversation on the libstdc++-mailing-list regarding this issue, which is here: http://www.brainthat.com/xpcom/stl_nscomptr_postings.txt .. and got an simple adapter class here: http://www.brainthat.com/cvspublic/cvsweb/bt/btcomponents/btbase/nsSTLCOMPtr.h WARNING: i'm absolutely not sure if this is a correct solution. currently i did only rough testing. it's maybe more experimental /discussable.
