RegXPCOM feature request for 1.3

I am taking feature requests for RegXPCOM for the 1.3 milestone. I so far have implemeneted the following:


Use XPCOM Glue and Frozen Interfaces only.

Allowed to be run from any directory (such as /temp) and specify which XPCOM registry this registration attempt corresponds to.

RegXPCOM should allow GRE/build independency. There shouldn�t be multiple version of RegXPCOM.

Code clean up and reduction

Clean up console output � some goes to stderr, other goes to stdout.

Add Help option
