I would like to break up and distribute the ownership responsibilities of XPCOM.
Since XPCOM is a strongly owned module,
and you have buy-in from the official XPCOM peers
(as listed on http://www.mozilla.org/owners.html#XPCOM), [EMAIL PROTECTED] is OK with your proposed changes for the XPCOM module.
Go ahead and increase the granularity of ownership of the code under mozilla/xpcom, and more important, try out your proposed "only owner r= required" review model.
Not that staff expects problems, but if things do go bad, XPCOM would have to switch back to separate r= and sr=.
