NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED on Windows

When reading a file using nsIScriptableInputStream init'ed with 
annsIInputStream, I get an NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED on Windows 
platform (not on Linux), even if the file to read have just been created 
with an nsIOutputStream object.

For what reason?
