Bug 223533 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=223533 is asking for the ability to add a prefix to method names in C++ classes that XPIDL generates.
I don't think it would hurt, but I don't really see why it is needed: in general anonymous nested classes are the preferred way to solve these name conflicts, at least according to Don Box.
