Yes, today I've got something working. But as a temporary solution I
replaced PR_LoadLibraryWithFlags() with PR_LoadLibrary(const char*) in
nsXPCOMGlue.cpp in my Borland Glue project.

It seems that I solved my initial problems but sure it would be good to have
some official or semi-official support for BCB. Perhaps I will send an
e-mail to the folks who maintain XPCOM module.
