I am a newbie at xpcom and I have a question (well i have a lot of, but one for this group ( ; - D )... ), is there any xpcom for sound service ( ogg and/or mp3 [ mp3 is a litle complicate by patents issues...] or another one ) ?
See the nsISound interface. It takes a URI to a wav file, last I checked.
