Hello!
I'm writing plugin for mozilla and firefox to provide some integration
with our product Omea.
Omea is win32-only program, so plugin is useful only on Win32 platform.
I need to know: is Omea installed or not/ It could be checked by
reading some predifinde windows registry value.
Is here any method (XPCOM component) to work with windows registry?
I've searched throught www.xulplanet.com, but found only `nsIRegistry'
interface without any documentation :(
Of course, I could write such component by myself, but I don't want to
do so, because in such case I'll need to compile it exatly with same
compiler, that was used for Mozilla/Firefox compilation, etc.

Check my Launchy extension which searches the Windows registry:

look for "getRegistryEntry"
