You'll have to overlook me as I'm a complete Mozilla/XPCOM neophyte. Maybe this isn't an obvious thing though and if not I won't feel so stupid. :-)
I'm digging around in the embedding API and everything returns a nsresult. This is fine and dandy with me as I come from a COM/ATL background and I'm used to passing HRESULTs into a FormatMessage call to get error details. However, as far as I can tell there doesn't seem to be any way with XPCOM to expand on the error.
