Oh, I already know how to do it:) Thanks anyway.
[For those who might be interested:
1. Compile the DLL in debug mode,
2. Register the component with regxpcom.exe (for example: regxpcom.exe "C:\...\MyComponentProject\Debug\Mycomponent.dll")
3. Set mozilla.exe to be the startup application and that's all

When you say debug, do you mean attach to the DLL and single step etc. Then you can try with attaching VS .NET to mozilla and then setting a breakpoint in your code. Make sure that the pdb is in the right place, else you will not be able to step through your code.
