Hi, I want to install an XPCOM components for Thunderbird. I have created a .xpi file which contained a "components" directory, and i put my component (.dll) and the correspondant xpt file into this directory. When i install this archive in the version of thunderbird that i compiled, i have no problem, but when i install it on a "normal" version of Thunderbird (v1.0.2) my component is not installed. I deleted the xpti.dat and compreg.dat files before launching Thunderbird but this doesn't work. I read the xpti.dat file and there are some lines that discribe my component but into the compreg.dat file, there is nothing.
