Also note that nsCOMPtr and nsRefPtr do not store the refcount themselves. Instead, the refcounted objects need to store it and provide AddRef and Release methods. There is no way to find out the refcount of an nsISupports; the return value of AddRef/Release does not have any guaranteed meaning.
