What is the difference between a Listener & Observer?
The best I can make out, a Listener is wrapper for an Observer on a specific topic?
I've been trying to figure out when duplicating such a feature whether to implement an addObserver() or addListener()
Eg. The nsIConsoleListener appears to wrap a specific observe() method. Is this the general rule?
