The ActiveX control only really works for embedding mozilla in your application. If you want to extract DOM information from an already running separate Firefox window, you're only real option is to write an XPCOM component that will do what you need it to do, and then send the relevant information back to your application.

There is this <http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/control.htm>, which is an ActiveX control wrapper around Mozilla respectively the Gecko rendering engine. I am not sure there is anything which allows using the complete Firefox browser itself. -- Martin Honnen http://JavaScript.FAQTs.com/ _______________________________________________ Mozilla-xpcom mailing list [email protected] http://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/mozilla-xpcom _______________________________________________ Mozilla-xpcom mailing list [email protected] http://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/mozilla-xpcom
