We've just put a (very basic) project page for XPInstall up at www.mozilla.org/projects/xpinstall. I will links to it from the projects page shortly. If you have additions or suggestions, please send them to me or pop them in there. Also put links on that xpinstall page to the XPInstall API Reference documentation, which has finally been published at developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/xpinstall/.
