Download the flash.xpi from:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/netscape6/english/6.01/windows/win32/xpi/
This is a very simple, fully working .xpi installer that simply installs
a plugin file into the Netscape 6\Plugins folder. I'm not sure how much
you know about .xpi files, but they are simply .zip files with an
install.js file at the root of the archive.
