I tried to upgrade from Moz 1.0 to 1.3b on win2k by installing xpi files (because the stub installer is broken, see my post to the win32 group). However, after installation, I'm left with a copy of Mozilla that does not run. Each xpi gave me a message about restarting but that's the browser right?
I can't restart my machine for the next few days because I have a ton of processes running. If the xpi install broken or do I really have to restart my computer. If it's the latter, why? After the install broke, I copied my 1.0 installation back and it works fine. -- Send email to ramsayl at bigfoot dot com \|/ .
