DOH! Is there a workaround? I lost my Preferences Toolbar installation after upgrading to v1.3. The toolbar is useful.

Still no replies... Is there a manual workaround or do I have to wait for a stable build (avoiding the developmental builds)?

XPI can be unzipped and the prepackaged install.js reveals what component goes where. Another possibility: look for install.log in an older build to see what components got installed and where...

I tried and failed. I don't think I am placing the files in the correct places. Install.js confused me. I even tried to match Linux's setup, but that didn't work.

URL for XPI file: http://www.xulplanet.com/downloads/prefbar/prefbar.xpi

Can you please tell me where I put these files in OS X? Thank you in advance.
