Same here - it appears the server is not sending the correct MIME type
for it:

3 Server: Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) (Red-Hat/Linux) mod_ssl/2.8.12
OpenSSL/0.9.6b DAV/1.0.3 PHP/4.1.2 mod_perl/1.26

6 Accept-Ranges: bytes
7 Content-Length: 577767
8 Keep-Alive: timeout=15, max=100
9 Connection: Keep-Alive
10 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
                 ^^^^^^^^^^

It should be "application/x-xpinstall".

I've sent e-mail to webmaster at the site.
