I started feeling a bit better again, when people lose heart beat, the first problem (if it can be addressed is blood level), my heart beat stopped because I had no blood in my body, I think methods/medicine should be developed to address lack of blood in heart in such cases. But just before we left he tip, someone fired two shots as ambulance, the driver really was scared, he moved the vehicle in such a way that I could have died, later another shot was fired(they only acknowledge one shot), but the other guy came to check me at the back he fixed a few things and then we started moving again.
