The first official Commie release is out. The tune is "Sonar" by Tolerant Sensor.
Made with all kinds of hi-tech gear (like the default microphone you got
with Sound Blaster 16), Sonar paints you a picture of urban traffic the way
the computer hears it. Not for pop-oriented people. This composition is
compatible with the {HYPERLINK "dogma00_main.html"}dogma00 manifesto (version 1.1).

The dogma00 manifesto has been updated. The new version (1.1) introduces a
couple of new rules and finally fixes several bugs (including the 22 KHz cd
