MP3.com has removed Kosmic stuff from their mp3.com page, because
there was "unusual activity with their songs".

>Hi everyone,
> Well, I was hoping to be announcing Genosha's new song "Is
>Infinite" right now, but MP3.com in their stupidity has put the KFMF
>page "on hold," which really means they've removed it from the site!
>If you don't agree with what they did, maybe you will want to
>contact them at the email address in the below message.
>
> In the meantime, I have redirected http://www.kosmic.org/ to my
>"station" and put the kosmic.org layout on the page pretty much. It
>would be great if you could check out the songs on the station and
>the artists involved.. maybe you haven't had a chance before to
>really get to know the works of particular Kosmic artists, here's
>your chance!
>
>To get to the Kosmic music archives, click on music archives like
>always. I will try to get the new song up on that page today. A new
>song from Riku should be appearing on the FTZ page
>(http://www.mp3.com/ftz ) on Monday, it's called "Black and White."
>
>In other news, I am catching up on ALL CD orders this weekend, if
>you are waiting for yours, all remaining orders placed as of Friday
>will go out Monday! If you have been waiting to order Kosmic CDs,
>now is the time! I ended up with about ten extra quad-cases for the
>Kosmic Y2K collection so there are still a few left! See
>http://www.kosmic.org/kosmiccd.txt for info and
>http://order.kagi.com/?3XF&S for online ordering. Also, new Kosmic
>T-shirts are available and shipping IMMEDIATELY. We're using
>cafepress for these and they look great! See
>http://www.cafepress.com/kosmic for the details. Drinking mugs and a
>mousepad are also there =)

>Hi Rob,
> This is in regards to our artist page, "Kosmic Free Music
>Foundation", which you have put on hold. Kosmic is one of the oldest
>digital music organizations on the Net (since 1991), and has over
>thirty member musicians from many different countries. We have fans
>on six continents and pride ourselves in the quality and diversity
>of the music our artists' produce. We have one of the largest number
>of songs by a single group on Mp3.com, so far as I can tell, and it
>is all _good_ music.
>
>Your email is not very clear about why our page has been removed
>from MP3.com, other than to say it's a "precaution." Kosmic members
>including myself do listen to and download Kosmic music, and I am
>not aware of this being in violation of the terms and conditions. I
>have always been under the impression, based based on the postings
>in the Artists' forums, that this is fine and many people do listen
>to their own music.
