i just found the emusic.com offer separately of reading this email
and i'd just like to say - GET IT! :) i just signed up, and with 125,000
mp3s online frome some of the best independent labels (examples -
just about the entire Ninja Tune catalog, all of the supa-obscure
Fax stuff, all Recycle Or Die, great other stuff like Bomb Hiphop..
i searched for Ennio Morricone and there's about 10 albums of
his material, and that's just a random example.) $9.99 per month
if you sign up for a year, and there can only be more music and
labels to get signed up..
so, umm.. *drool*. it's all independent labels, mind, so it tends
to be electronica, more classic/obscure stuff and so on that
emusic shows off the best.. apart from some exclusive deals
with e.g. Elvis Costello, They Might Be Giants..
