In some new VHS-cassettes they have this copy protect system that sends the
same signal that is used for the text-tv so strong that you'll get
distortion on the picture if you record it, but you don't see it if you just
watch the tape.
I don't know what's it called or how it really works. Only that it uses the
text-tv signal. I think someone on this list can find a webpage that will
tell us what this is.
