Not for bandwidth hogs.  In that case yer talking 802.11b
(a.k.a. "Wi-Fi"), but then you're talking anarchy, anyone 
can set up a transmitter, but nobody makes money off it, 
it needs folks like you and me.  I just posted sumpink 
to DTM, maybe I auta post it here too.
