Hi!
I really like your compilation of LAME because it is a very fast
encoder, which is usefull to me.
But did you realize that it produces about 800 Pagefaults per second?
Do you know if this is normal or if there is some inefficiency in the code?
My System:
TBIRD 1.4 Gig with 256 MB Ram running Windows ME
encoding 1.3 Gig Wav-Files to standard MP3 @ 48KHz 96 or 128 KBit/s
