ok, just tried this and it the problem seemed to go away.  But here's the
catch, I was using the newest version of Winamp Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder
v2.75i.  And this problem does not occur with other encoders (blade, xing).
So it's tough to say if it LAME or if its winamp.  And considering that it's
the most used Player on the planet, someone (maybe winamp) should figure out
what's up!
