Can anybody give me some information on how to use the direct show mp3 filter in windows. I have some questions below.
1. What are the parameters to be specified for the AM_Media_type structure? (i.e Mediatype, mediasubtype, formattype ). 2. What kind of mp3 input does the filter accept? i.e does the input have to be in frames starting from sync bits, does the input needs to be wrapped in some kind of a header, etc? 3. Could you send me some sample code? I understand that this forum is primarily for discussions regarding the lame encoder. But I couldnt find any other forum to get the information (which I need rather quickly). Sorry for the inconvenience.
