I am trying to use lame to re-encode MP3s at lower rates, but discovered that lame will not carry over ID3 tags, am hoping a future version will include this feature...
If someone has scripts that read input ID3 tags and convert them to args for lame (which then encodes the tags into the output files), let me know, too!
