Brent,

CBR and ABR lowpass bands roughly correspond.  (CBR bit
rates must match specific values, while ABR bit rates can
span between those values.)  The lowpass values for VBR 
mode are chosen differently, since this mode seeks first a
consistent quality while minimizing rate, rather than a
consistent bit rate while maximizing quality.

If you are using the command line front end, LAME should
report the details of the lowpass band,
 "Using polyphase lowpass  filter, transition band: " ...

As the lowpass tuning may possibly change, one way to
construct a handy reference chart is to collect all the
parameter settings of interest, and run a script to extract
the filter band information from the current LAME release.

Out of curiosity, why are you interested in so many 
settings such that manually extracting the information is
not efficient?
