On the 3/6/2002 cvs, the gcc option "-maccumulate-outgoing-args"
is added by configure. This option is not available on gcc/sparc
and causes gcc to error. I checked the gcc docs and this option
is for Intel 386 and AMD x86-64 arch only, so it should be
moved out of the generic gcc option section.
