[MP3 ENCODER] Changing the bit rate in LAME

Hi,   I am using Exact Audio Copy to backup music CD's and it uses LAME to convert to .mp3. I have changed the bit rate in Exact Audio Copy to 192kbps but LAME always uses a VBR. How can I change this to a CBR of 192kbps.   Sam [EMAIL PROTECTED]
