I  understand  that  my  ear  is  "tool", but if it comes to so little
differences  ear  can't  detect (my ear) and file size is important, I
really  need  some kind of automatic tool for detecting quality level,
also  time  for computer to banalize the song is much smaller than real
time of song.

For instance I need to pack 10 cd's, and try several encoding settings
that  is  for  instance  around  300  mp3 files . I don't have time to
listen all of them ! ! !

I think you can see my point now. It is not stupid, it is practical!
