dear all,
I use lame to encode a raw pcm file,but failed. this raw pcm
is a mono ,sample rate is 8k,bitspersample is 16.the command i used
is lame -r -m m -s 8 music1.pcm music1.mp3 ,but just get a noise.
later i write a program to convert this pcm file to a wave file ,and
get a corret result .maybe parameters can not be transfered to the
lame correctly or i used a wrong command!
furthermore, i am a beginner of lame .i want to adapt lame to a small
project ,not need dll,acm,decode ,just need a ansi c encode function.
who can teel me how to do ! i have some knowledge about decode and encode.
i have analysed bladeenc and another decode resource.
