well from that analisys  it seems that lame (3.86) has not the full
compliance with the  ISO/IEC 11172 international standard etc etc...
there are also other more general tests about decoders here:
http://privatewww.essex.ac.uk/~djmrob/mp3decoders/intro.html
from that test it seems that lame is OK...
