Currently, you can emulate ABR/CBR preset, but VBR preset (standard, extreme,
and so on), you cannot.
And except something which we cannot emulate, you can see the rest of
setting by using "--verbose" option, like
lame --alt-preset standard --verbose in.wav out.mp3
