I'm using the latest lame_enc.dll in a Visual Basic project. Whenver I call it to encode it does fine, but the output sounds like it's playing at double speed (or, if you're REALLY old like me, it sounds like a 33 1/3 record playing at 78) Anyone else had this problem, and would you care to offer some ideas?
