[MP3 ENCODER] MP3x (from LAME) on Windows

Hello,   Does anyone have the mp3x utility, the one available in source code from within LAME, already compiled for Windows? It has been really a problem for me to set up the WinGtk libraries, so I haven't been able to succesfully compile the utility.   Or if some one gives me step-by-step _WORKING_ instructions on how to do it...
