We are students of VI Semester Engineering (in Bangalore, Karnataka, India). For this semester's project, we are planning to implement an MPEG Audio Decoder on a TMS320C6711 Digital Signal Processor.
For this purpose, we'd like to seek source code for decoding MPEG Audio files. Please note that we do not need codes that play the music. If the code can convert an MPEG file to WAV file, it'd be great for us. If you could give us some code that runs on Windows OSs and can compile in VB / VC / MATLAB, we'd be extremely grateful.
