Hello, I am developing a little software in order to record voice using a sound card.
Actually, i use MCI windows control in order to create a voice wav file, next i call lame.exe encoder : i=shell(lame.exe -f file.wav file.mp3) since a visual basic application. I would like to create more faster application. Can i record mp3 format in real time? which encoder recomend me in order to create a mp3 voice record as fast as posible? do you know how to control the record sound volume like (sndvol32.exe -R -D) in windows?
