Would ABR be preferred to CBR? I guess, at > that bit rate quality is not a great concern. I think there's no big quality difference between CBR/ABR, at that bitrate. But ABR uses the minimum bitrate if it detects "analog silence". It makes better compression ratio for the voice materials.
