I think there's no big quality difference between CBR/ABR, at that bitrate.

But ABR uses the minimum bitrate if it detects "analog silence".
It makes better compression ratio for the voice materials.

I recommend ABR if you have the special reason like your player supports
only CBR file.

--preset sets the many parameters including filter freq. automatically.
