Out of interest how come lame development has stopped since 2002?
Development is not stopped, but slow.
That is because of the lack of human ressources, and the lack of time of available ressources.
Some of the work is also done "behind the scene". As an example, Takehiro is doing a lot of work on the experimental branch.
