Well, if you use Nero Burning software, the included wave editor has small but very accurate spectrum analyzers on display by default. They have a bit of a hold built into them for easy viewing, which means you need to watch them for a little while to see if there is content up to 20khz. Obviously you need to take into account the type of music you are listening to as well. If the drummer isn't too fond of cymbals, you may have to look for a while. Look at some ones you've ripped yourself to get a feel for what the spectrum should look like.
If you don't have Nero, I believe you can get a trial version that still has the wave editor in it. I think it's a great program.
